Abstract

Background: Hybrid and remote primary care models are expanding across the UK; however, conventional

video consultations are limited by the inability to perform physical examinations. Corporate employers

face increasing pressure to provide accessible healthcare while minimizing productivity loss.

Project Overview: In January 2026, Davidsons Homes became the first UK employer to deploy the LEO360

physician-powered AI robotic platform at their headquarters. In partnership with GPDQ Clinical Services,

the project aimed to address employee access to primary care and the need for proactive health

screening.

Key Findings: Over a 3-week period, 133 employees received health checks. The program achieved a 4.9/5

patient satisfaction score, identified 63 cases of unmanaged high blood pressure, and saved approximately

266 hours in employee downtime. This evaluation demonstrates that on-site robotic video consultation is

clinically safe and a significant driver of workforce productivity.

Introduction

Large employers currently face a triple threat: reduced access to GP appointments, productivity loss due to medical travel, and a rising burden of chronic conditions like hypertension.

Davidsons Homes, a leading UK homebuilder, sought to bridge this gap by implementing the LEO360 AI robotic platform. Unlike traditional video telemedicine, the LEO360 AI Robot enables remote GPs to perform real-time physical examinations, including heart/lung auscultation, otoscopy, and dermoscopy, ensuring employees receive medical-grade care without leaving the office.

1. Identifying Asymptomatic Hypertension and Cardiovascular Risk:

High blood pressure often presents without symptoms. Using the LEO360’s integrated blood pressure

cuff and digital stethoscope, the remote GP screened all participants.

• Outcome: 63 employees were identified with hypertension. Early detection allowed for

immediate lifestyle advice and medication reviews, preventing potential cardiac events and

long-term sick leave.

2. Comprehensive Physical Exam (Beyond Video):

Employees often delay care for skin lesions or ear infections due to the “hassle” of booking.

Outcome: Using the high-definition LEO360 Dermatoscope and Otoscope, physicians identified 48 conditions. Employees received immediate prescriptions, eliminating the need to take a half-day off for a clinic visit.

3. On-site Medication Management:

Outcome: 34 employees underwent medication reviews via two-way video and vital signs monitoring. This ensured clinical compliance and safety without disrupting the workday.
